jonas-henningsson-tomigaya-extra5Tokyos bustling fish market, Tsukiji, has some great hole-in-the-wall restaurants tucked away in the back alleys. If you are lucky to find one, grab a seat close to the chef and enjoy the show. Food is fantastic, fresh as it gets. Since my first visit many years ago I´ve been lucky to go back to cover the city for different magazines and newspapers.
